ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

So you are interested in doing online personal training. With a personal trainer, you greatly improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits. If you are interested in learning on how online personal training with me works, please read on!

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMING

As your coach, I will design your monthly phases of personalized programming (4-week phases) tailored to your goals and your body needs. Everyone is different. We all have different goals, injuries, skeletons, strengths, and weaknesses. I keep all of these variables in mind when creating the best program for YOU.

Your program will have videos embedded demonstrating how to perform each exercise with written form cues. 

You will fill out a workout log that we will both have access to. Here you will keep track of weights used and reps achieved for each exercise performed, as well as keep track of your lifting goals and personal records. Seeing this information will help me to see that you are completing the workouts and see those strength gains!

CONSTANT CONTACT AND CHECK-INS

You will have access to me via direct messaging on the training platform, and I encourage you to take advantage of me to ask questions, send me videos of your form, and send me progress pictures to show off your physique changes. The more information I can gather from you will help me optimally design subsequent phases of your training program and will also make it easier for me to monitor your progress overtime. 

Each month I we will schedule two 30-minute check-in calls. The check-ins will provide accountability for you to ensure you are staying consistent with your program and it will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. During these calls, we will set the upcoming four weeks, discuss your mindset, if you have any concerns about consistency with your training, remind you of your intentions for training, and give us the opportunity to set any short term goals that we would like you to achieve by the end of the month. Check-ins will also give you a chance to provide me any feedback for me to improve as your coach. I am constantly looking for ways to better business so that I can provide the best quality product and service for my online clients.

You do not need access to a full gym, however if you are looking for hypertrophy or strength coaching, you will need access to some weights. The minimum you will need are some dumbbells, a barbell, plates, and bench.

WHO IS ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING FOR?

Online personal training is for someone who is ready to push themselves to the next level, transform both physically and mentally, and wants someone in their corner who wants to see them succeed. They need to be willing to document their lifts via the workout log every time they train and want to not just increase their weights used per lift, but they also want to improve on form. They need to be ready to create positive change in their body and be willing to be open up and be vulnerable with me when they feel like they are losing momentum. This is inevitable and is a big reason why having a good coach is so important.

It is important to note that online personal training is not for someone who doesn’t care to push themselves to get stronger overtime, or someone who will not schedule time in their days to dedicate to their workouts. Online personal training is also not for someone who is not willing to document their lifts in their workout log, will not send me videos/pictures/feedback, or check-in with me each week. 

I offer customized written program design with videos and instruction and prices vary between $200-400 per month, although prices vary depending on program complexity.

In addition to your workouts, nutrition will also play a big part in your ability to create lasting change in your body and you want your food you are consuming to work as hard for you as you do in the gym. I do not offer meal plans, because I am not a Nutritionist or a Registered Dietitian, however I do offer nutrition guidance that will inform you on how to plan for an eating routine that will be inline with your gym goals.
