Dana Hourani

Brianna has totally transformed the way I work out at the gym. My main goal has always been to gain muscle, especially to build on my upper and lower body. Although I looked lean from my workouts alone, I just wasn’t building muscle. The best decision I made towards reaching my body goals was working with Bri! She understood my goals from the get go and has set up a workout routine to meet them. I was so pleased with the results that when I became pregnant I was scared to lose all the hard work.
