These are 6-week programs that are designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. The majority of the exercises will be glute focused, but the goal is to build a well-rounded and balanced lower body. The training is set up for 2 lower body training days per week and can be used in conjunction with your current upper body training schedule. Adding more leg training days with this plan is not recommended. It will progressively get harder as the weeks go on and as your strength increases.

There are two program levels so far: Beginner and Intermediate. I often get asked which one to start with and alway suggest to start with Beginner Phase 1 and work your way through the other programs sequentially. Once you have completed Beginner Booty Program 1 with ease and good form and you are ready for the next phase to challenge your lower body, you can then graduate to Beginner Booty Program 2 which will play off the exercises you will master in Program 1.

This is a progressive overload glute training program, optimal for gaining strength and muscle. Weeks 1-3 will progressively get harder until programming changes during weeks 4-6. This program will be ideal for those who are serious about progress and results.
