1:1 Coaching Testimonials

  • When we started working together last year, I was trying to balance being a mom, a military spouse, and a mach 2 trial attorney all while spending 10+ hours in the gym each week. Remember that girl? I wasn’t seeing the progress I wanted. I was feeling discouraged and depleted. I wanted to get stronger but didn’t have the plan to get there. Lifting was becoming a chore. Enter Bri… The first thing you taught me was how to push my body without punishing my body. That was a hard lesson! You encouraged me to work with and not against my body’s anatomy. You helped me redefine what a “successful” lift looked like on those days when the weight felt too damn heavy to move. You thoughtfully programmed around a pre-existing injury and helped me come back from it stronger. You encouraged me to be kind to my body as I progressed. You celebrated small victories with me as I recovered. You brought the joy back to lifting and allowed it to be something I loved versus something that consumed my life. Let’s not forget to recognize you for a quick minute! Your gifts as a mentor came as no surprise to those of us lucky enough to be coached by you. If the impact you made on me is any indicator of the impact you will make on this community, you’ve got a remarkable journey ahead.

  • Training with Bri has taught me a lot about a multitude of things from training structure to progressive overload to fueling my body. My main goal has been to put on muscle so I can be a bikini competitor. Her approach of focusing on building strength across 6 compound lifts and aiming for strength goals also translates into me reaching my physique goals. Bri reviews my form and tells me if I have stable form as well as if I can push myself more on a set with weight or reps. As I continue gaining strength with progressive overload, my body is developing more muscle which is giving me an hourglass-like physique. It also helps because even when I don’t workout for 1-2 weeks, I don’t see or feel like I’m losing progress. She has helped me realize that taking rest days is very critical and this has played the biggest role in my muscle growth and overall health. Without rest, I was so fatigued and felt driven into the ground and didn’t see as much development as I do now. Now I’m 10 times more confident in my body because I’m so proud of how I built muscles and the obstacles I’ve overcome and PRs I set over the last 1.5 years. My glutes feel lifted and more full, my legs are feeling juicy, my upper body is the strongest it’s ever been. Having Bri as a coach has been a game changer on my journey and I cannot wait to show off what we’ve been building together!

  • I started training with Bri one year ago after I ran into a friend who had been training with her for years (and who looked amazing!). I had just come off running my first marathon. I had gained 10 pounds and was looking for a different way to train that would agree with my body. I’m 46 years old, and as I age I keep reading about heavier strength training and how that can help with bone density (and of course tone up!) heading into the dreaded perimenopause. I had included strength training previously and always really enjoyed it- but I was doing all free weight programming and never doing the same thing repeatedly. Years ago I had worked with different trainers- all of whom I really liked personally- but I always felt like I was training to failure and was never sure if I was getting stronger. I would leave these sessions feeling defeated and not seeing tangible results. Bri’s approach is simple but makes training so rewarding! We follow the same programming week after week with progressive overload. I LOVE that she keeps track of every exercise, reps and weight so we can look back weekly and see how far I’ve come. Although patience here is the key, it’s nice to see progress!!! I’ve had to change my mindset completely, and honestly it’s something I am still working on. I have not lost any weight but the pictures show just how much I have changed. I’m focusing on getting enough protein, rest and discipline getting myself in the door rather than eating less and shrinking. I LOVE training with Bri and can’t wait to keep going on this journey to see where it takes me. Thank you Brianna!!!

FAQs

I am a beginner. Will I be able to do your workouts?

My workouts and programs work with any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all my moves easily, accurately, and safely.

Do I need a gym membership to do your workouts?

Short answer is, yes. You need to have access to weights so you can effectively progressively overload and get stronger by lifting more weight overtime. That is how my programming works. But some of you have very elaborate home gyms, so depending on the amount of weight and equipment, you might be able to get away with using my programming and lifting at home.

How do I know I will see success with your app?
