Refund + Cancellation Policies

  • 1. I strive to provide the best online personal training experience. However, I understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. My refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

    2. Eligibility for refunds are available under the following conditions:

    • Initial Assessment Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the initial assessment session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the session.

    • Package Cancellation: You may cancel your training package within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that no sessions have been utilized, or immediately if there is some unforeseen event like an injury or illness. 

    3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

    • Completed Months of Coaching: Refunds will not be provided for months of coaching that have already been completed.

    • Expired Coaching Packages: Packages that have expired are not eligible for a refund.

    • Special Discounts and Promotions: Refunds are not available for coaching packages purchased under special discounts or promotions.

    • Unused Coaching: If you have purchased a package but have unused sessions, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions used.

    4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Support: Email our support team at infobrifit@gmail.com with your name, contact information, and a brief description of the reason for the refund request.

    2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

    3. Submit Request: Submit your refund request within the applicable time frame (7 days for initial assessment dissatisfaction, 14 days for package cancellation, or for unused sessions).

    5. Processing Time Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    6. Exceptions In special circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

    7. Changes to this Policy We reserve the right to update or change this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all purchases made after the date of the change.

  • 1. General Cancellation Policy

    a. Cancellations Made by Clients:

    • Clients can cancel their coaching anytime after their commitment plan of either 4-months or 6-months ends and will receive a full refund.

    b. Transfer Requests:

    • Clients wishing to transfer their registration to a future course must notify us at least 7 days before the original course start date. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within six months of the original course date.

    2. Cancellations Made by the Training Business

    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, all registered clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued. Clients may also choose to transfer their registration to a future course at no additional cost.

    3. No-Show Policy

    • Clients who do not attend the training calls or scheduled coaching obligations, and fail to provide any prior notification, will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

    4. Exceptional Circumstances

    • In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund or transfer. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.

    5. Refund Process

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment.
