Joining my Healthy Habit Subscription means joining community of women who want to make continuous upgrades to their movement, meals, and mindfulness leading to a general glow up to their daily routine.

I give you the tools to optimize your health and wellness, workout programming that updates every month, meal inspo that I create put together in my own kitchen. As a member, you will practice my 8 core healthy habits, you will create your own personal nutrition plan based on my guidance in accordance to your strength and physique goals, you will commit to the resistance training workouts that will update every 4 weeks, and learn how to apply progressive overload with my instruction so you can effectively get stronger week after week.

Depending on where you are at in your journey, you will either sign up for a 12-month, 6-month, or month-to-month commitment. The 12 and 6-month options are for the person that is ready to take on this lifestyle fully and sees lifting as a life long journey. The month-to-month is for someone that just wants to get their feet wet and see what the HHS is all about and how it can benefit them in their strength training career.
